I specialise in therapy to address issues relating to overall wellbeing some of which relate to abuse, anger, anxiety, bullying, can’t play, depression, eating disorders, gender support, not fitting in, panic, self harm, suicidal thoughts/ideation, trichotillomania etc. I present Stress management workshops and offer individual 50 min exam stress management sessions to help alleviate the pressures exams bring.
