Areas of special interest

I offer therapeutic support to children and adolescents through the medium of play. I apply a humanistic and integrative approach and do both individual and group work. I have an education and research background in addition to a masters in psychotherapy. I am qualified and trained to work with emotional and behavioural difficulties in children that get in the way of a healthy and all round development.
I have over 5 years and 1000+ hours of clinical practice experience working with issues like, anxiety, behavioural problems, poor social skills, developmental delay, bereavement, trauma, neglect, abuse, loss, etc., children with special needs and ASD and in foster care.
I work with teenagers and adults using a combination of talk therapy and creative psychotherapy to help them explore their feelings around issues with family, friends, work, beliefs, relationships, society and other lived experiences.
